Santa Fe Chile Company
After sampling the wonderful cuisine of the Southwest, guests of Santa Fe hotels find it hard to leave without bringing those delicious ingredients home. The Santa Fe Chile Company is the perfect place to stock up on all natural salsas, New Mexico chile, hot sauces, dip mixes, and drink mixes.
Local owner-operators Sherry Odom and Karen Hameroff founded the business in 1997 and oversee the creation of the product lines: Santa Fe Chile Company, Santa Fe Mixes, Eatme Foods, and Santa Fe Spirits Handmade Soap and Candles. Together they have crafted award winning products and their salsa has been featured on the Travel Channel.
All food products are made onsite with the freshest ingredients available. During production, visitors can watch the process from the store counter. Samples and tastings are available.
The store offers individual food items and Southwestern themed table wear as well as gift packages that make great souvenir presents. All products are available online for purchases after your Santa Fe visit.

The salsa factory & gift store are located within walking distance of the Sage Inn on Sandoval St. Guests of the Sage Inn may request delivery of their purchases to the hotel.
